Meet-and-greet before first service

Before a first booking, Norah and a parent meet the customer, pet, and home setup so expectations are clear.

Private customer information

Door codes, keys, addresses, pet photos, and travel details are treated as private. Marketing photos require permission.

Service boundaries

Pets and Post does not handle aggressive pets, unknown people in the home, complex medical care, or situations that feel unsafe.

Clear updates

Customers can receive short visit notes and photos when possible, so they know their pets and home needs were checked.
